A few rules to keep things smooth:
Bring your ID
No ID, no deal. We like you, but we like following the law more.
We will test it
We only accept items in good working and looking condition. Testing is required before any offer is made. If it doesn't work, we can't work with it.
What's the value?
We base offers on secondhand resale value. Not what you paid for it, or what your cousin thinks it's worth.
Loan = responsibility
Due dates matter. Miss it, and your item may find a new home.
Be cool
Respect goes both ways. If things get heated, service stops.
All deals and sales are final
Once it's done, it's done. No take-backs.
No holds without deposit
We can't babysit items for free. Check out our layaway program.
Big deals take time
Larger transactions may need a little patience.
We can say no
If something feels off, we reserve the right to refuse service.
No stolen property
Every item is recorded and reported to the RCMP as required by law enforcement. Selling stolen goods will be reported.
